I have purchased several firearms from these guys and have always been happy. For full disclosure, this is the biggest issue I have had with them: I bought a cheap little shotgun from them that didn't fire when I took it out. I was angry, but when I took it back to the shop they apologized for not having checked the firing pin (which was broken) and had it back to me working in two days, no questions asked. I've had no other quality issues with any of the other five guns I've gotten there. I was there a month or so ago looking for a handgun, I had one to sell so I thought I would try to trade. They rejected my offer respectfully, and wished me luck selling, no hard feelings on either side because I respected that they had to make a profit. When I came back a week or so later I asked the owner his opinion between two guns, he recommended the less expensive. I didn't haggle, but he gave me a discount of a few dollars when I told him I had gotten several guns there before. The people at Pawn Inc. are great to work with, as long as they are respected by their customers.
