Review content:
Chef's China Bistro opened after new owners completely remodeled, this restaurant. A lovely fountain and tree highlight the entrance and add ambiance to the setting. A lovely Asian mural surrounds most of the upper wall areas. It is decorated in soft colors. The food is fresh and healthy.We recently had the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they were very flavorful and tasty. We had chow fun with chicken which was outstanding in taste and quantity. The chicken pieces were plentiful throughout the dish. We also enjoyed broccoli beef. The beef was very tender and the broccoli green, crisp and fresh. The cooking sauce was just right, not too salty or heavy. The food is a fusion of Cantonese and Mandarin cuisine. they don't add MSG and use olive oil in place of other oils as much as possible. I would definitely return to Chef's China Bistro and highly recommend it to friends.
