They only get one star because it's not possible to give them zero or negative stars.
While moving me this company dropped a top of the line flat screen television - they did not box this item as i paid for. I paid for 3 movers, one man decided to carry this item, out of a box, on his own. He tripped dropped the tv on the concrete and then fell on it. The outside damage is significant and who knows the internal damage as we haven't had it examined yet by a certified TV repairman.
The owner of this company refuses to accept responsibility and has been very unprofessional in his dealing with me. The Better Business Bureau is working on the case so we'll see if they have better luck. But regardless of the outcome I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.
