I had a Refrigerator and Washer fixed today. Within a good hour of setting up my appointment between 11-1, a service technician arrived right at eleven o'clock. He was very friendly and had a good disposition, and serious about his job. As soon as he was taken to the my appliances, he set his tools down and got right to work! He explained step by step what he was doing and what needed to be fixed. I got a deal on both appliances and a guarantee for five years on my invoice. He even gave me tips on how to keep both running long time. He was very helpful and nice and his work was quick and precise! I will be giving him all of my appliance work from now on, and referring him to all my friends and family and making sure their friends and family find out about them. This company is the best I've ever dealt with. With so much experience (35 years!) and such friendly, smart workers, I'm in good hands.
