**PARKING MUST be addressed!!-a 3 story building must have more parking & more handicapped. I know of one group of physicians that are leaving due to parking and that their patients (cardiac) have to walk so far IF & WHEN they find a parking place and then have to wait on an elevator.** Need to set a policy that the entire staff would use on refill OK's on Rxs (i.e. require 48hrs for Rx refills, **controlled Rx refills- allow patients to get OK, & allow to fill 3-5 days early. **Difficult when you have to wait til you have 1 day supply before allowing patient to fill Rx (i.e.refill falls on weekend or Monday) ** FYI**Rx Insur. WILL pay for a refill on day 24-25 on a 30 day supply Rx. Filling 5 days early on maintenance meds, allows pt. to get 60 tabs FREE in a one year period !! Helps patient's pocketbook- PTS WOULD APPRECIATE IT !!! WOULDN'T YOU DOC ?? Pros: friendly receptionist, some nurses (need to work on) Cons: parking, long wait time to see doctor, hard to get Rx refilled
