I used this company for approximately 2 years to manage one of my rental properties in the Camden area, they did pretty much nothing except take their cut, they took forever to fill vacancies, largely because they don't use the web (villagesoup, craigslist etc.), and advertised in the newspaper. The maddening part was they did nothing for the 15%, anytime a call came in or something had to be done it was a huge additional charge, and to top it all off they even chaged me for the stamp to send me the bill.
Pros: Have been around forever...
Cons: Have no real competition, otherwise they'd be better
