Review content:
We signed the contract on June 29, 2007 to have our home remodeled. We were told that the project would be completed no later than August 28th, which was giving them an extra month in case anything went wrong. To date the project has not been completed. We have had nothing but problems from the beginning and we have gone many weeks without even one worker coming to our home. If we complain about unfinished work, we are screamed at by the project manager and he refuses to send anyone to our home to complete the work. After so much frustration, we tried to complain to the owner and we told him we were going to report them if they didn't listen and he said he didn't care, we could report him to Jesus Christ. We have experienced items stolen and broken. After reporting this they have made no effort to compensate us. We are constantly told that everything will be fine and yet, so far, things are not fine. They do not listen to what we tell them and they constantly show up late or not at all. Shoddy work is said to be ""needing touch-ups"" that never get done. We have requested that the owner or foreman come and look at the shoddy work that has been done, but so far there has been no response. Think twice before hiring this company, and if you do, get everything in writing including schedules. Better yet, pass on them.
