I just took my puppy there for the first time this past week. When i pulled into the parking lot, i was a little creeped out. It looks like a large aluminum building with the tops of the garage doors chopped off to keep animals in. I was a little afraid to leave my puppy there for the day, but really had no choice due to my time schedule that morning. The inside smelled rank and wasn't very clean at all. I would think being a grooming place where people bring their pets to be cleaned, the environment would be clean as well...it wasn't. Customer service was good and price was the cheapest i have seen in the area, but i also have a puppy with a bald spot on the top of her head now from where they scalped her. I will not be going back!
