...it’s not easy to make the leap into a healthy lifestyle: fruits, veggies, whole grains, and of course exercise. My partner and I joined Scott Fitness in December of 2009 and since then we have learned a lot about fitness. Scott Fitness is ""anti-gym"" gym: it not only has a variety of classes to choose from that are included in your inexpensive membership, but also has the most friendly, inspiring, and motivational staff I have ever seen at ANY gym. \r \r Project Poolside as instructed by Jonetta is a great place to start learning some great fitness moves and gets that butt (literally) in shape. She is thorough in her direction and clear in her delivery. You feel like you can do it, and push yourself, and keep on trying so that by the 5th or 6th or 15th class you can say ""Wow! I didn't know I had a muscle there"".\r \r Additionally, Zumba as instructed by Jeanee it s great way to dance off all your stress, have some fun, and not feel alone in the wide world of those who have no rhythm. Jeanee incorporates not only the normal Latin. African, and other cultural dances familiarized by Zumba; she also incorporates R&B and hip hop to keep it current and interesting. \r \r I LOVE LOVE LOVE Scott Fitness. And I think that if it wasn't for this gym and its staff helping to keep me motivate and interested in bettering myself; losing 116 pounds would have been a lot more difficult.\r
