When a client wants to do business with your company and decides to use your building do not have the customer make a check out to the business unless you have already booked and established that space is the customers and can not be taken by another unless you refund the customer their entire amount paid. Stop promising people spaces only to go back on your word. Then YOU telling people the only way they can get their money back after they wrote the check out to you is if your company gets 60% of the check..RIDICULOUS!!!!DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY OR THE GUY WHO RUNS IT.
