I have been taking class for several months now and I learn something new every time! My instructors are very inspirational and encouraging. I love the fact that we learn everything from sensual moves to pole dancing to pole fitness. Never a dull moment in class!!! Absolutely never! The location isn't bad, I feel very comfortable there. There are several places around that I can go to after class and relax with the girls. I would recommend Zensual Dance Fitness to any woman who is looking for a workout, a dance on the pole, or a sisterhood.
Pros: The instructors are excellent and expertise in poling
