I have being taking classes with Zensual for 8 months now. I love the nurturing and supportive environment! Classes are always fun and chalenging, even after 8 months there is something new every day. \r
I love that I can alsways count on this studio to bring my spirit up, nomather how I feel. I always get a good exersise that is chalenging but always fun and sore muscles next day are always surprising! I don't feel like I acctually do anything that is dificult, just having fun! If you ever wanted to try a new fun exersise that will not get old in a week or two, you should defenately gice a pole workout a chance!
