Review content:
I joined Nemesis about 5 months ago, with no prior experience with martial arts what so ever but this has been one of the best exercise and learning experience for me. The instructors are very well trained and are helpful to the beginner students such as my self. I expected a ""hard core"" sort of atmosphere from watching UFC, but most students have professional careers and it is not about the affliction t-shirts, gloating there full body tatoo's. People with different goals can join this gym whether its training for a cage fight or just for exercise and learning something new. My original intentions of joining this gym was to get in better shape, and the routine weight lifting and cardio regime was getting too boring for me. I have lost about 12lbs since I joined Nemesis. With this economy and the hard times we are all going through, this is a great escape for me to socialize and to train a valuable skill that can be used for discipline and improve my physical attributes in all aspects. You won't be a kung fu master in 1 week, but if you are up for a challenge, come check this place out! Pros: very clean, laid back atmosphere, beginner friendly Cons: Downtown parking
