I love this gym! The instructors are really helpful and make learning self defense fun and completely useable in practical application. I had such a great time testing out the techniques on the ""volunteers"". The mats and gym are really clean(big deal for me), and I cant wait for the next class. I never thought it would be so fun, it seemed like a ""guy"" sport when I originally heard about it. However, I soon realized how much women really need this type of training. Not to mention I was sore in muscles I havent been sore in before and I work out heavily 6 days a week. Im definately going back!
