If you need to hire transportation in the greater Seattle area, I highly recommend SC Limousine Service LLC. I found them while doing online research in July 2011 and have since booked exclusively with them. SC Limousine Service will ensure that your delivery will be a pleasant experience. The website contains all the information (rates, fleet, waiting time, etc) you'll need in order to decide to book. The online reservation page is very easy to use, and your confirmation is usually emailed within 20-minutes -- even on weekends. If you need to telephone the office, your call is promptly answered within three rings. An email address is also provided, if you prefer to write. I have found the service to be extremely customer-focused and reliable – your car will always be waiting for you, prior to the pickup time. My bookings are typically for a late-night downtown or if the rain is too heavy to walk to a light rail station. Since I travel light and use hotel shuttles, I have no experience with their airport service, however I’m sure it is equally exemplary.
A Cadillac STS seems to be the norm for downtown service. The cars are immaculate, luxurious and well-maintained. If a previous passenger smoked, there is no trace left behind. (Especially important, since I have allergies.) The drivers are always punctual, well-groomed, professional, remember the client’s name and are conversant on many topics. If you travel by yourself (as I do), I encourage you to hop in the front seat and enjoy some conversation. Your driver will be happy to make tourist recommendations and/or chat about current events. When you arrive at your drop-off, the driver will clearly indicate where he will pick you up and at what time. Don’t worry if the theater lets out early – the car will be already be there.
