Custard YUMMY! Wisconsin goodness in Utah! Since leaving Oshkosh, I've searched high and low for a frozen dessert to match the frozen custard *(like ice cream or frozen yogurt, only richer, creamier (made with cream and eggs and other cool stuff, in a special custard machine!) and better! made in in America's Dairyland. \r Lanta's FroZone Frozen Custard in West Valley City, UT comes as close as I've found anywhere outside of the Midwest. The chocolate is rich, smooth, creamy just like I remembered it. The lime -- the dessert Fonzi used to eat at Arnold's a mile from my house in Milwaukee -- is fresh, light, and the perfect partner for the chocolate frozen delight! \r My Wisconsin friends in Utah have been searching for frozen custard... and this bright, cheery, clean place will exceed their expectations! \r For dinner, I had the Phili Cheesesteak. Served along with a feta cheese, berry and tri-color salad with an ORGANIC raspberry vinagrette, followed by the frozen custard, THAT was a great meal! ... and for not a lot of dough! Will I be back?!? Oh, yeah. And those who have eaten at Kopp's, Culvers', Leon's or any of the other Wisconsin Frozen Custard ikons might want to think about making reservations for the hot months... this place will be CROWDED ... and for good reason!\r MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!\r CyranoWriter
