Review content:
I have had to take my car to Masello's Auto Service, on three different occasions since the summer. The first time I took it in, I needed the brakes repaired. I was told that there were additional things wrong with the car, but I knew that. The car is old and pretty worn out. I liked that they did not proceed with any repairs without checking with me first.
The second time I took the car in, was because the car was repeatedly locking itself. The mechanic told me that it would be a very expensive repair. He explained that it would be better for me to pay attention to the locks than to invest so much money in the car.
The last time I was in there, was in September. I had the car towed in because it was totally dead. The car would not start. I am not very knowledgeable about the specific work that was done, but my car is now running fine and the breaks are great.
