Review content:
I can see why there are so many good reviews: it is a pleasant atmosphere that I enjoyed myself at... I had a good time. The food I put in my mouth, however, was refreshing.... but not inspiring. Oh what a little extra garlic would have done, or some oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, smoke, FIRE, SPICES. It didn't seem like this place did anything other than pickup some fresh produce and put it on a good dough. The cheeses are nothing to drool over, nothing of notable quality; and the pairing of flavors leaves a lot to be desired.
Of the three pizzas I tried, they were all lacking in complexity of flavor and originality. If you go, you'll have a good time, but don't expect to be wowed if you really value what you choose to consume.
The most bang-for-your-buck, I would say, comes from the red sauces though.
Pros: Fresh ingredients, nice atmosphere, good service, good beer
Cons: No Originality, lacking complexity in flavors and recipes
