I called Bob's Windshield Repair Service and had an appointment the same day. I offered to go to their location 11 miles away and they replied that the service technician would be at my residence at 12:30. Ron showed up right on time and got to work. Pleasant and professional he got to work after a handshake. I talked with him about everything from our city news to windshields, from service in the military to the weather. I'm a very satisfied customer! Thank you.
