The doctors and the frontdesk staff are hand in glove and they try to just make money without giving much attention to the health problems.\r
They do not tell you how much does your insurance pay upfront. By the way they just give you a bill at the end of an appointment. When you inquire as to why it was not told that my insurance wasn't going to pay for the examination. They very rudely tell you that they just follow the doctors instructions. And when you ask the doctor he says he doesnt know about the insurance..Funny when the patient can understand the insurance, he sees patients everyday and yet doesnt understand insurance....They charged 4 extra examinations 85$ each. And other charges I dont recall. Beware of DDS group NYC
Pros: some doctors like the oral surgeon are good
Cons: Cheats, Do not tell upfront about what insurance pays and what is expected of patient, Rude
