My name is Jennifer Lloyd and I am the owner of U.S. Lawns of Durham. The statement that is listed as a review is incorrect. We have never had any complaints from our clients and could provide a list of references. We instructed this homeowner on how to resolve the issues in the backyard but they were not willing to take our advice. We simply did what the homeowner requested and know they are not happy. We found out that they went to another landscape contractor and hired them to do what we recommended in the beginning. If you have any questions please contact 919-572-2287. Thanks.
