I had rented a property through Kulkin / Barbara in downtown Pittsburgh, and had a terrible experience. I had signed a contract with Barbara and sent her my credit card information. When she ran my card, my credit card company flagged the transaction through fraud detection services, and put a hold on my card. I told Barbara to give me some time and I would get the card issue resolved. I called her back 4 business days later to finish the transaction, and in the interim, SHE HAD GIVEN AWAY THE RENTAL TO SOMEONE ELSE. No phone call, no email. The other rental was for 2 weeks and we only wanted the property for 3 days, so she obviously disregarded the contract and took the larger $ amount. Dishonest and unprofessional, be wary!
