I was not sure whether I definitely had to change my locks, as I was waiting to see whether a roommate who moved out would return the keys. Bay State Locks was very understanding of the situation and told me I could cancel the day of the appointment if necessary (and with no charge). They scheduled an appointment at a time convenient to me (after work), and the locksmith was prompt and worked quickly -- three locks were changed in less than an hour. Prices were very reasonable, too -- I used their 10% off promotion for jobs ranging between $150 and $1500, but I thought prices were fair even before the discount. I'd definitely recommend Bay State if you need to change your locks!
