I have been in contact with the new owners and the manager Jessica. I cannot give a rating fairly yet. I have brought to her attention these negative issues. I have a son that is suppose to move in there soon and I am very worried. They have assured me that the new owners are not the same as the old ones. I was also told that if any of you are still having these issues, please let them know at the office. If I could get more imput I would appreciate it. She has been there since November, and to her knowledge there have been no robberies. If there is mold please come tell her. Would like to know what they tell you.\r
