I have had a fantastic experience with Karmakanix. I was initially referred to them by a current client of theirs and have since referred 3 or 4 other Volkswagen owners to them. I always recommend them.
They are fair and honest, and they keep you informed as to what's going on. I always feel that I understand what the problem is and what they're doing to fix it. They break it down in layman's terms.
Karmakanix has worked on one car for me but I just bought another Volkswagen and am sure that they will be working on that one, too. They also have a great deal that they can offer you at Hertz Rent-a-Car. They will pick you up, and you get a better price on your rental car. They take care of everything and you don't have to worry about it.
