Review content:
Rented a house from these people and cost 1000.00 just to get in besides deposit for lights gettting turned on. Was only in there a few months there was people with pulling up in a truck with PITTS CUSTOM BUILDERS logo on side of truck throwing garbage out next to the house which resulting in a horrible smell besides the place being over ran by and other insects. The septic tank was not covered at all which is illegal. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had as a renter. When renting the place they were very nice people besides the land lord not going over the lease just handing a copy. Then when you bring things to there attention they want to get all rude and stuff. My attorney will be getting in touch with this company and I will get out of this lease!!!
