We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. I don't look back negatively on anything from my wedding, other than using this company for my pictures. I will say that the pictures turned out very nice but the owner, Ken, will give you as much runaround as he possibly can when it comes to getting what you ordered. He blamed others when our proof DVD's were not sent out and we have yet to receive our proof album. And when they say that you will get your negatives, you will, BUT they are in DVD format. Which means you have to take them all and turn them into CD format, it's not as easy as just taking them somewhere to order what you want. This cost us about another $80 for a burner because we did not have one prior to this. They may be accredited by the better bus. bureau, but if you look them up, you'll see that there are multiple complaints from people not getting things when told etc. Ken and their website talk a good talk, but look elsewhere.
