Review content:
This is the best experience I have had when my car needed repairs. It is stressful when the check engine light goes on. Eric was very polite and kind; he carefully explained what was needed and made special accommodations to help me. He helped me resolve a difficult and frustrating issue with my warranty; it was so helpful to have him work through this process. I will speak highly of him and Oxmoor Toyota because of how he helped me. Also, their shuttle service was very helpful for me and helped me make it to a meeting while they worked on my car!
