First I must tell you that I have tried Bagels from Toronto to Brooklyn thru Manhattan to San Diego Ca. I have eaten Bagels of all varieties baked many different ways. However this 40 seat Bagel Junction,deli,restaurant has just what the displaced New Yorker craves. Crispy, Delicious kettle boiled bagels, Smoked fish from Brooklyn, Pastries, Boar's Head cold cuts, Homemade Cream Cheeses, Salads, Smoothies, Coffees, and Fresh Squeezed O.J. They even have Free Internet Access.My wife and kids love the friendly atmosphere(TV's with sports, news and cartoons keep the little ones occupied)I\r had my favorite Breakfast this morning a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, Nova lox, leaf lettuce, jersey tomato, thin sliced cucumbers, red onion and capers with a side order of fresh fruit. My wife went for the Homemade Whitefish Salad (with delicious chunks of whitefish chubbs) on her (believe it or not) Multi-Grain Veggie Bagel she said the Plump, Juicy Jersey Tomato tops this off just fine. The boys had a Bacon, Egg and Cheese and a would you believe Thin Wrap Crust Pizza. The Bagel Junction in Newtown Pa. is open till 8PM. And they have Hebrew National Corned Beef, Pastrami and Artisan breads.I tell you With all the cookie cut franchises out there it is great to have an out post like this in Bucks County. I travel 25 miles to enjoy this clean,comfortable, unique Gem and I know you will too! Pros: Excellent Food, Fast friendly Service, Plenty of parking,Kid friendly, Cons: No waitress service, busy at times
