After arresting the poor woman for not paying her sewage bill when her own home was Sherriff Saled, plus that horrible, ignorant Solicitor who stood there all righteous on the Television news last night, this sounds like a horrible place to live with a tyrannical government. Turning civil matters into criminal? THAT is outragous. Putting an elderly woman in jail for not paying her sewage bill, how could they? One week before Christmas at that. Yet another example of the outright garbage government we as American citizens are forced to live with.
