Seems like they don't care. I called this company because they were local. Had to leave a message. That should have been my first clue. Called a few days later and had to leave another message. The next day Ken called me back and set up an appointment to come out and measure my windows. \r
That day came and went without anyone showing up or calling. Finally called me three days later asking if he could still come out. I asked if he was serious. Told him no thank you. \r
I had another company do the work. I'm glad I did, because after speaking to some other people at church who did use this company, I found many unhappy people with the work.
