They almost killed me. Do not take this shuttle under any conditions. The driver went the wrong way down a one way road twice and almost killed me in a head on collision with another car after trying to drop me off at the wrong location. I had to yell at him for ten minutes to let me out of the van before he would do so. Then the company called and yelled at me twice (once after 10 PM) to say it was my fault for not providing him with directions (in a city I have never visited) - even though I tried to give him my destination address three or four times. The car was shoddy, he missed his turns numerous times. Only take if you are willing to put your life on the line.
Additionally, the company is so underhanded that they are now searching for my negative reviews and lying in a sad attempt to discredit me. I doubt the ""great"" company reviews as A1 probably wrote those, too. They accuse me of refusing to supply my driver with my address, which totally makes sense (I showed it to him on my iPhone several times, and he typed in a completely different address. He didn't speak English). Also apparently large vehicles prevent you from ever getting into an accident.
Unless you want to deal with a major headache and possible injury, do not ever take their business. Since my experience, three other people have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for ""Service Issues,"" and they now have a B- rating.
