Review content:
OK, I have to admit that I was a little weary to get my hair cut by a new stylist in Southie. But, this new spa opened right up the street from where I live and I just had to take a chance on this place for the sake of convenience alone. The man at the front desk fit me in and really made me feel like my business was important. When I arrived I was given a choice of cofee, tea or wine - I opted for the coffee, which was served to me on a cute little tray with my very own French press (things were looking up!) Larry Baron was my stylist - he really listened to what I wanted and created the perfect cut and style for my normally unruly hair. He even taught me how to use products at home to re-create my ""new look"". I liked the cut so much that I went back the next week for a foil - now I have spectacular hair every day! I also took advantage of a special and had a massage (with Shannon) and a facial (with Sonia) - ALL of the services exceeded my expectations and I even got a lot of my Christmas shopping done in the Boutique, which is loaded with unusual products. If you are a Southie girl (or boy) like me and schlep all the way over to Newbury St (like I used to), I highly recommend Spa Christine! The services and customer service were not as good as Newbury Street, they were better!
Pros: excellent customer service, highly skilled staff, convenience, cool Boutique shopping
Cons: I can't go every day
