Review content:
Don't deal with Pru-Fox. Its offices employ predators and cater to them. For example, take Mark Arbeit from Pru-Fox's Margate, NJ office. This gentleman represented me and my wife in our purchase of a home and kept from us information about a leaking underground oil tank that had kept another fast-talking Pru-Fox realtor in the Margate office from dumping the place for months. Think Arbeit's a predator? Well, before you decide, just read stories about him and little schoolboys in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Arbeit & all his like-minded pals at Pru-Fox continue to laugh off these stories. I don't know why. Oh, did I say Pru-Fox caters to predators? Sure. The gentleman from whom I purchased my place is a bloated, mini-Madoff mortgage broker who was busted in a ""Catch a Predator""-type sting run out of Florida. He's a real piece of work, just the kind you'll find being represented by your local Pru-Fox realtor! Listen-- Do you really want to tangle yourself up with these types? If not, then stay away from Pru-Fox!!!
