Took my kids to the movies this evening only to have to leave half way through because the projector light kept getting over heated and couldn't/wouldn't be fixed. This resulted in the movie playing without us being only able to hear it at times-the most crucial of course. While this was extremely frustrating the situation was made worse by the snotty attitude of the manager on duty. After many trips back up to the front to tell them it was out again I asked if they were going to fix it or should we just leave. I was told I could leave anytime I wanted to. I went back to get my kids and when I returned to the manager for my money and the name of the general manager I was treated rudely by the manager and the concession stand worker. This theater may be cheap, but the money saved is not worth the time I waste not knowing if I'm really going to get to see the movie the kids and I are excited to see. Also the floor behind the concession counter was a nasty mess. From now on I will drive the extra distance and pay a dollar more to the Hollywood 20 on the beltway and pasadena blvd. where the movie is sure to play, we are treated with courtesy and the theater is clean.
