I had to have my car towed last night and after called about 5 other towing companies who told me that they couldn't help me because ""all of their drivers were busy with APD impounds"", I finally called Harpers. They had a truck out to me in 10 minutes. The driver was VERY friendly and courteous. The towing fee was $95, but I have AT&T roadside assistance that usually pays for tow trucks. Since all of the companies that are contracted with AT&T ""weren't available"", Harpers gave me $50 off instead of charging me full price. I have saved their number in my phone and if I ever need a tow truck again in Austin I will definitely be calling Harpers! They are AWESOME!
