yes, after much abscence from being a customer at city of austin-I realized what lousy options this city run utilities and other services they still have. I have lived in other much organized and accessible cities as great as San Diego, Ca and San Francisco, Ca. Even the midwest small towns had various options of rates and accessible affordable programs to assist their clients. And City of Austin is definitely a monopolizing and corrupt attitude like agency I thought would have developed into a better system by now. Sad, welcome back to same ""crap"".
