Kinda pricey, but your money buys you kitschy western decor and skilled attentive service. The beef and seafood combos are in the upper $20, but normal portions of beef(1/2 cut) will be under $20. Includes salad, and a side of starch or veggies. Salad is standard food service chopped iceberg and carrot/red cabbage slivers. Baked potato is pretty good for foil wrapped. Fries are OK. I think the Prime Rib is the your best best. Bar service is billed separately from meal. Service is EXCELLANT. Wait staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and on the spot. Lobster was generous size, Pacific, not New England. Fun bar/waiting area, with lots of stuff to ogle(claw foot tubs filled with toys- PEZ, Beaney Babies, key chains). Mine dining room is very dark, but adequate lighting at booth tables, even for older eyes. Just down the street from the Eccles Dinosaur Park. Pros: Service. Cons: Can be busy during ski season weekends.
