Customers are ignored when they enter the door and often kept waiting for long periods of time for their appointment.
Hair services were far below standards.
My particular stylist constantly worked on two client's hair at the same time, often forgetting about one of us sitting with coloring products on our head too long. Do not recommend.
Pros: Okay atmosphere
