Businiess name:  Palisade

Review content:
My wife and I dine out frequently. We chose Palisade for her birthday dinner and so informed the restaurant. She ordered salmon medium rare. This is Seattle. The featured BBQ Salmon was overseasoned and overcooked. The replacement salmon was sent back raw as if the cook staff was passive aggressing us. My dish was also improperly cooked. The wine list was brilliant and saved the night but the food was inexcusable for a top of the line restaurant especially since they knew the night was a special occasion. A $75 apology coupon arrived today and they comped only one of the two badly cooked dishes. Salmon is an easy dish to cook properly in a restaurant and to resist cooking it properly is inexcusable in Seattle. Pros: ambience, service Cons: overcooked dish
