Mincz has been stellar in their sevice and advice. I've been using their services for over six years now and they've never ""steered"" me wrong. My custom wheels have yet to be damaged by any old tire unmounts or new tire mounts.
I've heard Ken giving his customers numerous options to keep costs down and their cars on the road until they can get things done right. NEVER have I heard someone sold something they don't need. They have advised me against things that I thought I needed and didn't! What kind of business would avoid making a sale and offer what's best for the customer? Mincz.
I recently had two worn tires that were making my ride miserable. Jennifer helped me and offered a wide variety of tires from $150 to $225 each. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive. I chose what I wanted and the difference in my car's handling was amazing. One week later, I chose to get two more tires so all would match and wear evenly. No one at Mincz ever suggested I get four tires.
I appreciate all they've done for me.
