Sherri is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had (and I've had dozens and dozens in my life). She listens to what I need at the time and is more than open to feedback if pressure is too much or too little, if I want something else ect. She is very smooth at transitioning from ""body part"" to ""body part"", where some therapists lose touch or do it in an abrupt way that affects the relaxation. She has a great of what my body muscles need and she can feel tight areas sometimes before I realize that they are there. She has many techniques to address different situations, including cranial-sacral to help with headaches or twisted-feeling knees, and is gifted at knowing what to use for each situation. Her techniques on my feet are the best I've ever had, especially finding problem areas and working out knots and tension, but all the while not twisting my feet/ankles even the slightest so as to bother my (sensitive knees.
