Me and my wife lived at Falcon Ridge for 12 months on a 13 month lease. We had just got married and it was our first place together, unfortunatly.First of all, the apartent they showed us was much nicer than the one they stuck us in. Secondly, a few days after the beginning of the month they go around and put big orange stickers (which are a pain to get off) on everyones car whos tags are expired. We knew we were definatly going to move out at the end of our lease and they require at least a two month move out notice. We tried to let them know we were leaving about three months early and they sent us a letter rejecting our paper letting them know we were leaving at the end of our lease saying you had to let them know exactly two months early, to the day. In general any time you went to the office the ladies were rude and very unhelpful, except for the weekend lady. People were at the pool all hours of the night playing loud music and being very loud. We paid for out rent through the end of August but left two and a half weeks early, having paid the whole month, but found out they were already in our apartment repainting one week later while we still had a week left that we paid for. When we called and asked them why they were in our apartment they said it was in our contract that they could go in there and start painting whenever they wanted, then later called and apologized saying theier painters had accidently gone into and painted the wrong apartment( yea right). If they had been fair and friendly this would not have been a big deal, but after they gave us such a hard time and were very unfriendly and unhelpfil in every aspect we found this unacceptable.
