Frenquent ill. subst. activity, buildin in poor repair, staff not professional acting/ or looking, people in the office at once Chatting w/ manager and playing cards with MGR ,unprofessional enviornment. Water heaters are always broken. Maintenance men are illegal immigrants and consume Alcohol on the job. Manager and family drinking alcohol in plain view of residents.
Pros: Cheap and all bills paid , the dealer may live next door to you for a fix
Cons: the dealer has a firearm and the Mgrs daughter will knock on your door for money
