This is a dental office you want to avoid at all costs! Much like the previous reviewers I had the same experience. First, when you call you are required to have 2 separate appointments. One, to see the dentist and the other to do your cleaning. I too was ""required"" to have deep cleaning (something I have never had before - I have always had great ratings on the condition of my teeth). The dentist also recommended having all of my cavities replaced with fillings not covered by insurance. Imagine my surprise that when I returned for the deep cleaning and certain cavity replacements, I was met by another dentist (not Elisha - who first diagnosed me) who, I was later told, was not permitted to add his name to the dental office business card. This dentist almost filled the wrong tooth before I told him and he had to check the chart again. After paying a lot of money to get through this dental office (I have PPO insurance but none of his recommended procedures were covered by insurance) I vowed never to go again. I called later to get a copy of my x-rays for my new dentist. I was shocked to hear that in order to get my dental records, I would have to come into the office to sign a release, pay $30 for my dental records and wait 2 weeks for their arrival. To get my dental records within 1 week, the price tag was $50! I would highly recommend never seeing this dental office. If I could give this business no stars I would have. Run don't walk away!
