We booked black dog limo for our wedding. They were on time, but that was about the only thing they did right. The limo driver barely got out of his seat, he did not open doors or help anyone in or out of the limo. He was flat out not friendly, never smiled, wished anyone a congratulations or had any type of service personality to speak of. When he dropped us back off at the end, I tipped him $40 for a 4 hour limo ride. Both my husband and I work in the service industry and appreciate the fact that a tip is earned based on the type of service you give. I understand that this was a 15% tip, but based on his service, this is probably more than he deserved. He said to us ""you know that there is a required 20% gratuity, right?"" After a little bit of arguing, i gave in and gave him his 20%, even though this sounded ridiculous to me. Then he said ""you know you got this limo for a very cheap hourly rate and normally your bill would be a lot more"", basically asking for more of a tip. I was astonished. My husband decided to call the company and complain but the second he asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on him. So basically, this company comes highly NOT recommended.
Pros: We got a great mid-week deal on the limo
