I just bought a refurbished Kodak Z612 camera from an online supplier and was disappointed when it arrived broken. (Something inside the camera caused the image to continuously move up and down.) I looked at the list of authorized Kodak repair centers and decided to send it to Precision Camera. I am SO happy with their work. They repaired the camera and returned it in a remarkably short period of time -- less than a week. Their online system for preparing to send in your camera is very clear and made the whole process super simple. And since my camera was under warranty, I only had to pay to ship the camera to them. Thanks to P.C. for a great experience -- I will definitely recommend their repair services to my camera-toting colleagues.
Pros: Very short turn-around time. Free repairs if under a Kodak warranty.
