Businiess name:  Chai Yo Thai Restaurant

Review content:
Went to Chai Yo for the first time the other day. Menu was extensive, prices were reasonable, and they had a note on the bottom saying that they would cater to strict vegetarians, which is very nice, because some places put fish sauce everywhere and won't make substitutions. We were alone in the restaurant, so it was especially weird that there was no music, which made me feel like I shouldn't talk, it also sounded like someone was walking around on the roof, so the place had a bit of a quiet, cold feeling. My boyfriend always gets Pad Thai with tofu, no eggs, and no fish sauce. Sadly, he gave this one the thumbs down and made a comment about how oily it was, and that the tofu prep wasn't his favorite (he even under-ate at the restaurant ad immediately doctored his leftovers with ketchup & soy sauce when we got home). I ordered the Pumpkin Red Curry with Shrimp, which was quite tasty, but next time I'd get tofu or veggie, so I could share with my hubby. They didn't have hot sauce assortments on the tables, so I had to ask, and our server gave me the choice of oil or powder. All in all, pretty good, and if my boyfriend & I go to Chai Yo again, it will be for curry takeout. Pros: curry, clean, fast service, vegetarian friendly Cons: too quiet, no hot sauce platters on table
