Unethical liars. I paid a medical bill for my recently deceased husband as soon as I was aware of it .KCI assurred me it would not be reported to the credit bureau if I pd. It is now on my credit report and they were rude and unresponsive when I called and asked them to remove it. I'm now unable to get a loan approval to refinance property that I'm having trouble paying for since the loss of my husbands income. This is the only negetive info. on my report. I've reported this organization to the FTC. \r
Companies should NOT hire this agency!!!
Cons: unethical, rude, unresponsive, blames customer for their own inefficiencies
