I can see the appeal in the store to a college student, or someone that likes the whole ""downtown grungy"" feel. However, to someone like myself. I find the place very expensive and very gross. The front now has a bar to sit and get served microwave bacon and whatever microwave stuff doused with grease your heart desires. Then the atmosphere is sick. The seating and furniture is something you would expect someone to find on a curb. The walls and furniture all have been written with sharpie, with phrases like ""call this number for a good time"" or ""gay love"" because the whole place is known as a gay coffee shop. On top of that the place used to have condoms at the front and if you went there anytime passed ten at night you might see people having sex on any of that furniture...gross...so I would be careful where I'd sit in there if I was you. I've seen people have sex on about more than half of that furniture and that place never gets cleaned. Also the prices for a small espresso or chai is about 4 to 5 bucks and they come in a small Styrofoam cup. The Italian soda's are to die for, however they cost about the same as chai or espresso and come in an even smaller cup with tons of ice.
